I woke up with that carrot cake on my mind and thighs. I ate a piece for breakfast along with my usual scrambled egg whites.
Lunch was delicious-- leftover quinoa wild rice pilaf and green beans and a green salad,
Afternoon snack was yogurt. After work it was pouring rain and that sent me straight to 7-11 for a hot chocolate and an eatmore candy bar.
For supper I ate the last piece of carrot cake and am signing off my digestive system for now.
I signed it back on to eat 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter and jelly.

I baked a wild salmon and had company for dinner. One of my guest brought a delicious carrot cake with cream cheese icing (my personal fav). I had salmon, quinoa and wild rice pilaf, green beans with dill and purple onions, and a green salad. then I had 2 pieces of carrot cake for dessert and now I feel stuffed. Thankfully that's the only  meal I had today.

Happy Valentine's day. I ate my usual scrambled egg whites and toast for breakfast. I had a lunch meeting so had a turkey sandwich with green salad there. Someone gave the staff a huge black forest cake which I indulged in-- an ample sized piece. Then late afternoon I ate a handful of trail mix then supper was e pieces of toast with peanut butter and jelly and that's the day.

OOPs I forgot to record yesterday's food-- baked salmon with roast veggies, yogurt.
Today-- scrambled egg whites, 2 toast with peanut butter and jelly, yogurt.
I spent the day going to Sandpoint with 3 of my sisters and my mom. Snowy but fun day. we had lunch at the Panhandler. I had a hot veggie sandwich with rye bread and a green salad. I don't like olives so my sister ate them.
On the way home I ate a Luna bar then thought I would eat more when getting home but did not feel like it. My body was not calling for food so I let it rest.

After a lovely 2 hour walk in the crisp winter sun I ate an apple and a grapefruit.
Supper is baked salmon with roast veggies.

Lunch: lentil flax spaghetti with lentil tomato sauce.
Didn't eat all of my spaghetti at lunchtime so ate the rest mid afternoon when genuine hunger called..
Supper was a veggie salad, and 2 toast with peanut butter and jelly.

So back to normal after a successful weigh in last night-- lost 2 more pounds. I am 6 pounds from my goal!
Breakfast today: scrambled egg whites with tomato, onion, spinach, cilantro.
2 slices of toast. Yogurt.
Lunch: lentil spaghetti with lentil tomato sauce. grapefruit. And I had a sample of the chili I made for our staff education day.
Supper: veggie salad with cottage cheese. Apple with peanut butter.

Another weigh day to prep for so I ate light most of the day. Yogurt and grapefruit for breakfast. Apple and grapefruit for lunch. another apple and a bran muffin for a snack.
After weigh in meeting I ate 2 slices of toast peanut butter and jelly and a bowl of sugar free light ice-cream with berries. And I forgot to mention 2 pieces of cheese that I ate yesterday.

Today I was invited to a friends for a turkey dinner. I turkey breast, green salad, green bean casserole, small stuffing, and an apple for dessert.
I ate a serving of greek yogurt before going and when I got home. It was new yogurt that I got at Costco yesterday and I wanted to try it. very good. Light and fit too.

I am eating a bowl of lentil soup with cottage cheese for breakfast. Unconventional I know, but maybe if I switch the big meal of the day to breakfast I will be top heavy instead of bottom heavy?
I am off to the Spokane temple to fill my spiritual hunger.
Lunch was at Panda Express-- stir fry veggies and peppered chicken.
I ate a small serving of mixed nuts on the way home and called that supper.

Eat like a king for breakfast, queen for lunch and pauper for supper. That was the mantra I woke up with this morning so I took it as a sign to eat 4 pieces of toast with peanut butter and jelly for breakfast.
Lunch was lentil soup and a green salad. Afternoon snack was an orange and a grapefruit.
And my pauper's supper was more lentil soup with cottage cheese and a carrot.

I was hungry late afternoon and ate 9 whole grain crackers with 2 pieces of cheese.
Supper was more lentil soup with a scoop of cottage cheese added.

I wish the TOPS weigh in was in the morning before breakfast but its not so I eat lightly on weigh days, or at least try to until the weight time at 5:30. So breakfast is fresh fruit -- an orange, a grapefruit, and strawberries.
Lunch was an apple, orange, and grapefruit.
After my weigh (lost 3/4 pound) in I ate my leftover berry crisp with sugar free low fat ice-cream.

I am eating boiled wheat with berry crisp and sugar free ice-cream for breakfast and its really quite delicious. I am grateful that the last Monday for January has passed.
Lunch was a bowl of chili, a green salad, and fresh blueberries.
Afternoon snack was a homemade granola bar my colleague made and an orange then 3 multigrain crackers.
After work I ate an apple with peanut butter.

Lunch in Osoyoos Tim Horton's: grilled chicken Panini. And that's it for today. On the road all day and ready for bed. I'd rather go to bed hungry than be fat.

I got up early to go to the Vancouver temple realizing when I got there that I was on mountain time and was an hour too early. It wasn't open yet so I sat in the dark listening to good music. Then because I had not eaten breakfast first I was hungry and started looking around my car and found a fiber 1 bar and an O Henry chocolate bar that I had bought for "mom" on the drive yesterday so I ate them. Not exactly the breakfast of champions but it got me through to now when I ate the 2 eggs and turkey bacon my daughter made for me.
I had a late lunch with a friend at Earls-- a Cajun chicken salad. And I followed that down with a skinny hot chocolate from Starbucks.

I did not have the breakfast I planned. I am going away for the weekend so decided I should eat the leftover soup in the fridge so I ate that with 2 pieces of toast and egg whites scrambled then I was full so shut down the mouth for now.
Lunch was in Rock Creek-- a turkey cheese sandwich.
Then I ate an apple in Osoyoos, and spinach booster juice in Princeton and a 12 grain bagel with light cream cheese in Hope.
After watching 2 volleyball games, I ate half a banana, giving the other half to my mom. We were both very hungry but too tired to really eat and now goodnight.

New Year's Day. I had scrambled egg whites with onions and spinach. And an apple. Then I went for a 2.5 hour walk in the fresh winter air. By the time that was done, I was starving. I came home and ate a large veggie salad with chicken breast strips and another apple.
In the afternoon I had some greek yogurt flavored with crystal light berry crystals. I had some family over for dinner and cooked a turkey breast. So I ate turkey breast, steamed green beans with onions, and a large veggie salad. And that's the day.
