Freezing cold. I ate scrambled egg whites, 2 slices of toast, yogurt and a grapefruit for breakfast.
Lunch: spaghetti with lentil tomato sauce, green salad, grapefruit.
Supper: Apple with peanut butter, cup of blackberries.
