Out of egg whites. 2 flax buns and yogurt for breakfast.
lentil veggie soup and 2 flax buns for lunch.
fresh blueberries for a snack.
3 pieces of toast with peanut butter and jelly and yogurt for supper.

I woke up with that carrot cake on my mind and thighs. I ate a piece for breakfast along with my usual scrambled egg whites.
Lunch was delicious-- leftover quinoa wild rice pilaf and green beans and a green salad,
Afternoon snack was yogurt. After work it was pouring rain and that sent me straight to 7-11 for a hot chocolate and an eatmore candy bar.
For supper I ate the last piece of carrot cake and am signing off my digestive system for now.
I signed it back on to eat 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter and jelly.

I baked a wild salmon and had company for dinner. One of my guest brought a delicious carrot cake with cream cheese icing (my personal fav). I had salmon, quinoa and wild rice pilaf, green beans with dill and purple onions, and a green salad. then I had 2 pieces of carrot cake for dessert and now I feel stuffed. Thankfully that's the only  meal I had today.

Happy Valentine's day. I ate my usual scrambled egg whites and toast for breakfast. I had a lunch meeting so had a turkey sandwich with green salad there. Someone gave the staff a huge black forest cake which I indulged in-- an ample sized piece. Then late afternoon I ate a handful of trail mix then supper was e pieces of toast with peanut butter and jelly and that's the day.

Morning snack: apple
Lunch:lentil veggie soup, yogurt
Afternoon snack-- grapefruit and fresh blueberries
Supper: lentil veggie soup with a dollop of fat free cottage cheese. Apple with peanut butter.

OOPs I forgot to record yesterday's food-- baked salmon with roast veggies, yogurt.
Today-- scrambled egg whites, 2 toast with peanut butter and jelly, yogurt.
I spent the day going to Sandpoint with 3 of my sisters and my mom. Snowy but fun day. we had lunch at the Panhandler. I had a hot veggie sandwich with rye bread and a green salad. I don't like olives so my sister ate them.
On the way home I ate a Luna bar then thought I would eat more when getting home but did not feel like it. My body was not calling for food so I let it rest.

Lovely leisurely day with breakfast of scrambled egg whites with yogurt and 2 slices of toast with peanut butter and jelly. Lunch was spicy black bean soup then another yogurt.
After a lovely 2 hour walk in the crisp winter sun I ate an apple and a grapefruit.
Supper is baked salmon with roast veggies.

Slept in this morning and had a rushed breakfast-- yogurt and an apple.
Morning snack: yogurt and a grapefruit.
Lunch: lentil flax spaghetti with lentil tomato sauce.
Didn't eat all of my spaghetti at lunchtime so ate the rest mid afternoon when genuine hunger called..
Supper was a veggie salad, and 2 toast with peanut butter and jelly.

So back to normal after a successful weigh in last night-- lost 2 more pounds. I am 6 pounds from my goal!
Breakfast today: scrambled egg whites with tomato, onion, spinach, cilantro.
2 slices of toast. Yogurt.
Lunch: lentil spaghetti with lentil tomato sauce. grapefruit. And I had a sample of the chili I made for our staff education day.
Supper: veggie salad with cottage cheese. Apple with peanut butter.

Another weigh day to prep for so I ate light most of the day. Yogurt and grapefruit for breakfast. Apple and grapefruit for lunch. another apple and a bran muffin for a snack.
After weigh in meeting I ate 2 slices of toast peanut butter and jelly and a bowl of sugar free light ice-cream with berries. And I forgot to mention 2 pieces of cheese that I ate yesterday.

Monday is a great day to start a healthy habit. I am going to start a weight routine.
Breakfast: scrambled egg whites with tomato, spinach onion. Yogurt. Grapefruit. 2 slices of toast.
Lunch was a green salad, lentil soup, and a grapefruit.
Supper was lentil flax spaghetti with lentil tomato sauce, a grapefruit and a yogurt.

Today I was invited to a friends for a turkey dinner. I turkey breast, green salad, green bean casserole, small stuffing, and an apple for dessert.
I ate a serving of greek yogurt before going and when I got home. It was new yogurt that I got at Costco yesterday and I wanted to try it. very good. Light and fit too.

I am eating a bowl of lentil soup with cottage cheese for breakfast. Unconventional I know, but maybe if I switch the big meal of the day to breakfast I will be top heavy instead of bottom heavy?
I am off to the Spokane temple to fill my spiritual hunger.
Lunch was at Panda Express-- stir fry veggies and peppered chicken.
I ate a small serving of mixed nuts on the way home and called that supper.
