Woke up feeling light. Great way to wake up.
Scrambled egg whites, 2 toast with peanut butter and jelly. fruit yogurt.
Morning snack: apple
Lunch:lentil veggie soup, yogurt
Afternoon snack-- grapefruit and fresh blueberries
Supper: lentil veggie soup with a dollop of fat free cottage cheese. Apple with peanut butter.
