Breakfast: egg white scramble. Yogurt with  berries.
Lunch: chicken veggie soup. Apple.
Small piece of cayenne, ginger cookie at TOPS meeting.
Supper at ladies church social: veggies wrapped in rice paper with peanut sauce, 10 flax chips, 3 slices of whole grain banana bread.
One peppermint chocolate.
